COMPETITION – Awesome Anagrams

October 20, 2010 by Nicole 14 Comments

Leona D. Dolmanic
That would be my anagram *grin*  Cool huh!  I decided the other day to have a think about a pen name just on the off chance I ever wanted to use one and Glenn and I had fun figuring it out.  We were able to get Madeline but couldn’t make a sensible surname with the remaining letters *pout* which is a pity cause I thought it was cute.
So the prize is one of those lip glosses I raved about in a previous post.
A Tea Tree and Lemon lip tube by Kereru.

And I want to see the best anagram of your own name.  I’ll select the finalists next Wednesday and everyone can vote on their favourite!  The only rule is you have to follow this blog to enter but that’s okay cause you already do *grin*   If you are amazingly awesome and figure out a few versions then they’ll all be included in the competition too.
Have fun!

I love anagrams! And I quite like the name Leona, though Madeline is nice too.

My favourite anagram for my name would be "A Cute Cell Troll", but somehow I don't think I'll be using it as a pen name anytime soon (especially since it is an anagram for an existing pen name…)

As for my real name, I found many anagrams, most of which sounded nothing like a proper name, but there was one: "Amber La Gris". Sounds like a French erotica novelist, if you ask me…

My name has so many letters it's not even funny…If I spelled out the whole thing you'd probably think it was an anagram. Hmm… Tia Lannon Britag? Talia something? HA! Here it is, Rianna Gont-Taalib. Apparently my alter ego is married…

Your anagram sounds very cute though! I do have to admit, Madeline did sound cute. Pity it had to go.

My name has too many weird vowels. The best I came up with was "Kay Rothmann." There were others, but none as good as that one. And technically it's missing a second o. But it's all I've got. 🙂

I like the name you came up with. And Madeline is a cute name too. I can imagine naming a daughter that. 🙂

Hi Ellie – nice one, sounds very realistic 🙂

Hi Cruella – I love 'a cute cell troll' totally random! And Amber sounds naughty ;p

Hi B.E.T – okay so where is Rianna from?? With a surname like that ;p

Hi Kathy – Glenn and I thought Kay Rothmann sounded very realistic 🙂 And isn't it cute! Little Maddy *hee*

That's really cool. Unfortunately my name has three 'a's three 'r's and two 's's. So I only found:

I had to include my middle name, but I've got Choker Vicious…or Vicious Choker. Perfect name if I ever wanna do suspense/thrillers. hahaha

With my first name only: Nora New. Which I actually kinda like 🙂 Though it may be too perky for me…

I probably won't be too disappointed if I don't win the lip gloss … but here goes!

    Simon Kewin -> Winsome Ink

    Any good?

Good grief! Such a fun contest idea, but I wouldn't dare try. There's not much good you can do with Sangu Mandanna. Sigh. 🙂

So, on the fun front of this anagram thing. Which is awesome btw. I came up with three –
    Patris Bluett
    Strip A Bulett
    Blue Strip Tat

All from Patti Struble. Wow, my head hurts!
