I’ve spent the last few weeks switching email marketers from Mailchimp to Convertkit, so my apologies for the lateness of this! Better late than never *grin* Congratulations to the three winners from the October newsletter, David, Roberta, and Rowena! The last month and a bit has been pretty crazy busy for me, with various projects and here’s one I’ve been waiting to show off! Check out the brand new cover of The Arrival. Isn’t it stunning! I’ve wanted a cover with all the girls on it for so long, it feels great to finally have it a reality. You can click the link to check out the new blurb on Amazon – and it’s back on the free listings, so feel free to let friends/family or anyone you think will enjoy it know.
This month’s free books
I haven’t made a video review of them due to time constraints, so I’ve given a short blurb on my thoughts. They are all fantastic reads, and very, very hard to put down. Enjoy! And don’t forget to hit reply if you have any recommendations you’d like to share.
The Courtlight Series Boxed Set, Books 1-3
A boxed set of three free books seems almost too good to be true! I’ve only read book one so far, but I’m itching to get to book two (once I sort out this month’s freebies *lol*). The lead character is invited to learn to be a Companion, essentially a highly skilled Courtesan, but less in the ways of the erotic and more in ways of the arcane. The world and the magick system in this book are just incredible, you’ll be thinking about it days later.
Destiny Blues, Hand of Fate, Book One
This was my first pick for November, and it was so enjoyable. It’s set in present time Earth, but one where demons are real. So real in fact, that if you happen to have the misfortune of attracting one (like stray animals) you have to register it. And that will pretty much ruin your life. When the lead character ends up with not one, but three demons she’s desperate to get them gone and that leads her to all sorts of dark, and fascinating places. Not to mention a dark and fascinating guy… A great modern paranormal romance.
Watcher, The Shining Ones, Book One
If you loved the Sookie Stackhouse books (which I do) you will very likely love this. It has a similar vibe. The lead character works in a bar in her small town and in comes an intriguing stranger. From there life starts to get fairly crazy. No vampires in this book, but a definite supernatural culture.
The books up for grabs in this month’s draw!
The Courtlight Series, Boxed Set, Books 4-6
Legacy Soul, Hand of Fate, Book Two
Protector, The Shining Ones, Book Two
To win any of these books follow the link below to the entry form, and good luck!
Keep your eyes open, in the next few days there will be a new blog post about the other project I’ve been working on… It’s soon to be released and I can’t wait to share it with you all! The first reviews from the ARC readers have been fantastic!!
Have a safe and happy holiday period!
