Okay so I’ve been rather focused on my writing for the last week. Unfortunately I haven’t picked a character for this Monday and I apologise profusely – I blame the #RaptureFail ;p
Actually I was all poised to tweet ‘I’m still here’ at 10pm when I read at about 9pm that it was meant to have occurred at 6pm.. Oops.. I would be late for it (as a heathen it’s really only appropriate). Instead I’ve been trying to hash out this draft of book two. And I’ve come up with a novel ;p advertising method, both my books are now free on Smashwords. Crazy? Well possibly, but in the months that The Arrival has been on there I’ve only sold a copy.

Yes I know, I’ve just advertised the chocolate competition and put the new price on Amazon. Well the chocolate competition still stands and there is no option on Amazon to make it free. Also it sells a few copies a day there so it’s doing ok. And at the moment with wanting to get book 2 ready my major thought was – at least it might get more people looking forward to book 2. In the long run I write these books to be enjoyed and at least people are reading them.
And as all you fellow writers/readers know, writers are SUPPOSED to be eccentric! Or at least that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it. So feel free to grab a copy of either of my books (A wet & wild night is proving r-a-t-h-e-r popular) and if you have the time to pop a review up on Smashwords, I’d really darn appreciate it.
